An important part of the work by the Egg Nutrition Council (ENC) is the development of Position statements for healthcare professionals on eggs and good nutrition.

The objective of these Position Papers is to provide independent and scientifically substantiated advice to GPs and other healthcare workers based on the latest clinical research and studies from Australia and overseas.

The topics of each of the positioning statements has been chosen to address the most frequently asked questions about eggs or to combat any lingering myths about eggs.
